My Kraken Account Frozen - They Ignored All My Support Requests
Our Kraken account has been frozen for more than ten days without any clear notice or justification; we are a completely verified business client of Kraken. Really, though, the way disconnected Kraken has been throughout this fiasco makes the freeze itself less aggravating. We have called many times without getting an answer. Not even one significant reply—sent over ten emails and support tickets. Just quiet here. They copy-paste the same basic responses on public help forums, but they never follow up personally or provide actual support. worse even, it seems as though their phone system is rigged. You will not be able to get through if you call from a number they identify. Try from a private number; the representative only asks for your number—probably so they can block that one too. It is entirely amateurish, dark, and irritating.
