I Can’t Complete Verification on Bybit for 10 Days and I’m Losing Money

I’ve been trying to complete the identity verification process on Bybit for the past 10 days, but the system continues to throw errors and won’t let me proceed. Because of this, I’m completely locked out of trading. I can’t buy, sell, or withdraw anything. Every attempt ends in failure, and I’ve lost several profitable opportunities due to this issue.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. There’s no live chat with real agents—just generic responses like “We’ll get back to you,” and then they end the session without resolving anything. I chose Bybit thinking it was a reliable, globally trusted platform, but I seriously regret that decision now. No user should have to go through this much stress just to access their own account.

If this continues, I’ll be forced to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court. I demand that someone from Bybit take ownership of this issue immediately, help me complete verification, and compensate me for the loss caused by this unnecessary delay.
