Konami PES Mobile Took My Money After Canceling 50 MyClub and Pep Package Purchase
I’m extremely frustrated with Konami PES Mobile. I just purchased a 50 MyClub and Pep package, spending ₺25 total. After the purchase, I changed my mind and requested a refund through the Play Store, which was supposedly processed. However, while my in-game balance was reduced, I still haven’t received my money back! This feels like a rip-off, and I’m angry that both my money and in-game points were taken. I want my refund immediately, as this is unfair and shows a complete lack of customer care. Konami, you need to fix this issue and give me back the money you took!
