eFootball 2025 Mobile – 199₺ Deducted but No Purchase Delivered
I made a 199₺ purchase in eFootball 2025 Mobile, but I did not receive the item. The amount was deducted from my account, and I have proof of the transaction with screenshots. I don't understand why the purchase wasn’t processed. Konami, please resolve this issue immediately.
If this isn’t fixed, how can I trust that it won’t happen again? What am I supposed to do if this issue keeps repeating? I expect either the purchased item or a full refund. If I don't get a response, I will report this problem everywhere and warn my friends about it.
