I Face Negative Balance on My Konami Account After Refund and Still Haven’t Got My Money
I requested a refund through Konami, but I still haven’t received my money — and now my account is showing a negative balance. This is completely unfair. Not only is the refund missing, but I’ve also been left in the red with no explanation. I shouldn’t have to chase down my own money or deal with an account that’s blocked or penalized because of Konami’s internal delays.
I contacted support, but there’s been no meaningful response, no resolution, and no timeline. I either want my money refunded properly (₺) or I want the in-game items that were removed — especially my makeup content — restored. This is frustrating, and I feel completely ignored.
Konami, please fix this. I did everything on my end correctly, and now I’m paying the price for your broken process. I expect a full resolution — refund the amount you owe me or restore my content without further delay.
