Efootball Refund Approved but Money Not Returned and Balance Negative

I deposited money into the Efootball app and used it to purchase an item. Since the product did not work as expected, I requested a refund. My refund request was approved, but instead of receiving my money back, my My Club balance dropped into negative values. To this day, the refund has not been credited to my account.
This situation is unacceptable—every company should handle transactions properly and has no right to hold customers’ money unfairly. I demand either the immediate refund of my payment or the restoration of my account balance to normal. If a refund is not going to be processed, I at least expect to be properly informed. I request that Konami resolve this issue urgently and ensure players are not left in such confusing and unfair situations.
