Konami Account Access Lost Due to Suspicious Email Update

I am writing regarding my Konami account, which I use for both eFootball and Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, because the email address linked to my account appears to have been changed without my knowledge or permission. I first noticed the issue on Tuesday following a recent update. When I attempted to access my account, I realized that the registered email had been altered, and I could no longer manage or secure my account as before. I did not request or authorize any email change, and I am seriously concerned that my account may have been accessed by an unauthorized person.

I am based in the United States and can provide my previous email address and any additional account details required for verification. However, I have not received any response or resolution from Konami regarding this unauthorized change.

I request that my access to the original account be fully restored, that the email address be reverted to my legitimate one, and that all necessary security checks be conducted to protect my personal data and in-game progress. I ask that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible so I can safely continue using my Konami account.
