Konami Account Email Changed Without Permission, Losing Access

I recently purchased a Konami account, but the email address associated with the account has been changed without my permission. It appears that the account’s original owner is falsely claiming it was stolen, despite my legitimate purchase. This has happened with two accounts: the first was tied to 3230, and the second to 3160.

I accessed the account just five minutes before noticing it was no longer available. My funds and efforts invested in the account are now at risk. Konami must implement a secure system to prevent such unauthorized account changes.

I demand an immediate resolution, including the restoration of my account and compensation for the inconvenience. This issue raises serious concerns about Konami's account security. Please act promptly to resolve this.
