Unable to Recover eFootball Account After Unauthorized Email Change
My Konami eFootball account was stolen about an hour ago, and since then I have been completely unable to log in. I was previously playing normally on this account, but during a player account trade process, I believe my account may have been taken over by third parties.
The email address linked to my account was changed without my authorization, which means I cannot use the password reset steps and am unable to take any action to recover my account. My account contained players, coins, and various packs that I purchased with real money, so I have suffered a serious loss both financially and in terms of the time and effort I invested.
I am requesting that Konami investigate my stolen eFootball account, perform the necessary security checks, and return my account to me. I ask that my previous purchases and players be protected and that my access to the account be fully restored.
