eFootball Konami ID Hacked - Email And Password Changed

I am an eFootball player from Ghana and I am writing because my Konami ID account has been compromised. Tonight I discovered that my Konami email and password had been stolen and changed by someone else. I realized this when I was no longer able to log in with my Konami ID as usual, but I could still access my game account through Google Play, which shows that my game data is still linked but the Konami ID credentials have been altered without my permission. Before this incident, I always logged in using my Konami ID email and password. Now, the thief has changed the email and password on the Konami account, but fortunately I can still access my eFootball account via Google Play. I have not been able to contact Konami support so far because I am not sure how to reach the correct channel. I kindly request that my eFootball/Konami account be secured urgently, and that the email and password be reset back to my own, so that only I can access the account again. I also ask you to check for any unauthorized changes or activity on my account and help me fully recover and protect it.
