I had a frustrating experience with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines regarding a refund problem. I had to cancel my flight scheduled for December 8, 2024 (Reservation Code: L9EAPM, Ticket Number: 0742114984034), and I was shocked to find out that I would only get back $157.80 from my total payment of $416.20. I haven't used any part of the service, so it seems unfair to only get a partial refund. I thought I would get back a fairer amount, considering the situation. I didn’t expect that canceling after paying everything would lead to such a big loss.
