I Was Charged ₺114.12 by Kiwi.com Despite Payment Error—I Need My Money Refunded

On April 12, 2025, I attempted to book a flight from Belgrade to Tivat through Kiwi.com. However, the website displayed a payment error during the checkout process, and I was never issued a ticket or confirmation. Despite this, ₺114.12 was still withdrawn from my TEB credit card.

I immediately contacted my bank and submitted visual proof of the transaction. Unfortunately, even with that evidence, I’ve been unable to reach anyone at Kiwi.com to resolve the issue. There is no customer support available to directly assist with this kind of billing error, and I’m left in limbo with my money taken and no service provided.

This is unacceptable. I expect Kiwi.com to investigate this charge and issue a full refund without further delay. As a paying customer, I deserve both a working service and accessible support in the event something goes wrong. Kiwi.com must take urgent action to fix this and refund the amount that was unfairly charged to my card.
