Kiwi.com Failing to Return Product Since September

I sent my faulty baby camera to Kiwi.com under tracking number 0236357 on September 2, and since then, it has been nothing but frustration. I’ve called every day, and every time I’m told the same excuses—it's in the transfer process, it will be sent, or it’s with the shipping company.

It's been 1.5 years, and I still haven’t received my product back. I deeply regret sending it to Kiwi.com for repair. I’ve had enough of these delays, and I’ve already taken the matter to court. Please, just return my product. Enough is enough!
