If you booked a flight through Kiwi.com and need to cancel it because of a change at work, the steps are different for each type of ticket:

• Ticket Saver:

It is not possible to change the trip. You can back out, and Kiwi.com will give some credit. You can use this credit for a new reservation, but only if the new reservation costs more than a certain amount.

• The Standard Ticket and the Flexi Ticket:

You will only have to pay the difference for the new reservation if you decide to change your trip. Kiwi.com will pay the rest.
For a Standard Ticket, if you book something new that costs more, Kiwi.com will give you credit again.
For a Flexi Ticket, you'll get 80% of the price you paid for the carrier ticket and their services back. You can get this back in the form of cash or Kiwi.com Credit.

Important things to keep in mind:
Under Standard and Flexi Ticket terms, you can only change your trip once. The Saver Ticket rules will be used for any other changes or cancellations after the first one.
If you cancel your flight through Kiwi.com, the amount of money you get back depends on the type of ticket you bought. If the airline gives you more money back, Kiwi.com may keep some of it as a service fee.
You can cancel directly with the carrier, but the refund process may be different. If the carriers agree to give you a refund, let Kiwi.com know. If you haven't already asked for a refund from Kiwi.com, they will send it to you.
See section 5 of Kiwi.com's Terms & Conditions for more information.

Companies may adjust their credit and refund policies, so please verify the most recent information directly from Kiwi.com.
