I Paid Kiwi.com for Europe Flights but Tickets Were Canceled and Refund Never Processed
I booked a multi-leg flight to Europe through Kiwi.com, and my credit card was charged right away. However, the tickets were never issued, and all my reservations were canceled without explanation. I’ve been trying to resolve this for over a week now, but I’m stuck in a frustrating loop between Kiwi and my bank.
Kiwi claims they processed a refund and told me to follow up with my bank. My bank, however, insists the transaction is still marked as an open authorization and that no money has been refunded. I even received a so-called refund confirmation from Kiwi, but it doesn’t look official or verifiable.
It’s completely unacceptable that Kiwi kept my money despite never delivering the tickets. I demand an immediate and traceable refund of the amount they charged. If this is not resolved swiftly, I will consider taking further legal action.
The money was refunded. The process was unnecessarily long. They held onto the money for tickets they couldn't issue instantly for 3 weeks.
