On August 27, 2025, I canceled my Pegasus flight ticket with reservation number 15tub8. At the time of cancellation, I was assured that the full amount would be refunded without deductions.
Since then, I have contacted Pegasus customer service multiple times. Each time, I was told that the refund had already been processed and that I should follow up with Kiwi.com. However, when I reached out to Kiwi.com repeatedly, they claimed that they had not received any refund transfer or documentation from Pegasus, and therefore could not issue payment to me.
Pegasus confirmed that ₺1,547 was refunded to my credit card ending in 3926, and I even have customer service call records referencing this. However, I have not received any written proof of the refund, while Kiwi.com insists that no refund has reached them. This has left me stuck between the two companies, with neither taking responsibility.
It has now been 25 days without receiving my refund or even proper written confirmation. My reservation number is 15tub8, and the invoice number for this transaction is 672801569.
I demand that Pegasus either:
Directly transfer the ₺1,547 refund to my credit card, or
Provide official written documentation proving that the refund was processed and sent to Kiwi.com, so that I can claim my money.
