Kiwi Water Dispenser Defective Out of the Box, Poor Customer Service



I bought a brand-new Kiwi water dispenser in its sealed box, only to find that the cup holder covering was in poor condition when I opened it. I sent the product for warranty repair and waited an entire month. However, the product was returned to me exactly as I sent it—unrepaired. I contacted them by email, and they informed me that the damaged parts were not covered by the warranty. This is unacceptable! I purchased a brand-new, sealed box product, yet they refused to accept the return. They advised me to send it for repair, but the service was a complete disappointment. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I demand proper action!
