Kiwi Home's Communication and Solutions Are of the Lowest Quality!

When the battery of my Kiwi brand kvc-4086 model hand vacuum cleaner started to run out in 1 minute, I sent it for repair by cargo during the warranty period. After waiting for a long time, they sent a battery-powered pepper grinder instead without any explanation or information. I couldn't believe how absurd this situation was. To make matters worse, they also failed to provide any tracking updates regarding the repair status. I don't even know if this was a mistake or a way of apologizing. I couldn't reach their call center by phone either. The brand's communication and solutions are of the lowest quality, as are its products!
