Kiwi-Home kbaby-59 Breast Pump Has Almost No Suction Power
Hello, today I purchased the kbaby-59 breast pump from Kiwi Home. As soon as I got home, I tried it out, but to my disappointment, it hardly had any suction power. I bought it right away because my pump broke, and I needed it to work until the other one gets fixed. I just wanted to make sure my baby doesn't go hungry. But at this moment, I'm about to lose control. Should I be mad about the broken machine or should I be concerned that my baby might not have enough to eat? I was told that they don't accept returns, but I just bought it today and it's not working. What should I do with this machine? This brand and customer service are really awful. I don't recommend it to anyone anymore.
Progress
Hello, I sent my newly purchased Kiwi Baby 59 breast pump to the warranty service last week because it was defective. The product arrived today, but I had the 59 series, and they sent me the 58 series, which is a lower model. Are you kidding me? What does this mean? I expect an explanation as soon as possible. If the product I had was faulty, shouldn't you have sent a higher model to compensate? Why send a worse one? I already had the 58 series, and I bought the higher model because it broke. What am I supposed to do with two useless machines at home? Moreover, the 59 series I sent you was wireless, and this one is wired. Above all, it is not ethical at all not to send back the product I sent you. I want to be contacted and have this issue resolved as soon as possible. I do not accept this product you sent. At the very least, repair the product I sent you and send it back to me.
