Kiss Kiss Not Paying Winnings and Promised Bonuses

For about two months, I have been experiencing serious issues on getkisskiss.com with admins and VIP managers, especially regarding unpaid bonuses. Not only were the promised bonuses not credited, but despite having all the supporting screenshots as evidence, they continuously deny the situation and act arbitrarily based on their own decisions.

Most recently, even though I won a jackpot and also earned rewards from roulette, none of these winnings were credited to my account. When I contacted the support team regarding this issue, they initially admitted that a mistake had been made. However, later on, they went back on their statements and changed their previous responses.

I have screenshots of all conversations and the entire process as proof.

I request that getkisskiss.com immediately and fully credit all my winnings and the bonuses I am entitled to. Additionally, I expect a clear and transparent explanation regarding this situation and a prompt resolution.
