I am writing regarding the Kiss Kiss game on Android, because I feel I have been treated unfairly and have lost trust in the way my account is handled. On 9 January, coins were bought in the game from my account without my knowledge. My child sometimes plays on my phone when I ask him to play for me, and in this case, he bought coins for about 190 PLN, which I only noticed today when I saw that this amount was missing from my account. When I realised what had happened, I withdrew the payment because I had not given consent to this purchase. Shortly after that, my game account was banned. I contacted support several times to ask for information about the reason and duration of the ban and to explain the situation, but there is practically no real contact with them. Despite sending many emails, they are either ignored or I receive only ready-made, automatic, scripted responses, sometimes after a long delay of even weeks, and sometimes not at all. In practice, I am not getting any specific help or explanation. In this situation, I am only asking for one thing: to remove the ban from my account and to restore my access to the game, without any additional demands from my side.
