Kiss Kiss Closed My Account After Refund Requests Despite Spending ₺20,000+

I have been playing Kiss Kiss and recently spent between ₺20,000–₺25,000 in a single day on in-game purchases. However, due to two accidental purchases, I submitted refund requests. Immediately after this, my account was suspended and my Diamond (VIP9) membership was banned, even though the issue was caused by an error in transactions.
My user name is Orbay and my Google account linked to Kiss Kiss is Ya*****@gmail.com**. I invested heavily in this game, and it is completely unfair for my account to be closed over a couple of refund requests when I have already spent such a large amount.
I request that my account be reactivated, my Diamond membership restored, and my access to VIP9 benefits reinstated. I did not violate any rules, and I expect Kiss Kiss support to resolve this issue quickly so that I can continue using the services I paid for.
