WePlay Didn’t Give Me My 1st Place Bingo Rewards and Ignored My Support Requests




I recently placed 1st in a Bingo game on WePlay, but my rewards were never delivered. I’ve even attached screenshots as proof. Anyone who plays Bingo regularly will immediately see that the first-place rewards are missing, while the 2nd place prize was issued correctly—which makes it obvious something is wrong.
I reached out to customer support, but all they said was “your rewards have been delivered”—which is simply not true. There’s no record of any rewards in my account, and I’ve received nothing.
What’s worse is the support experience. I had to wait for hours to even get a basic response, and when they finally reply, they seem to have no access to proper logs or account history. If they did, they’d clearly see that I didn’t receive my Bingo prize at the time I won.
WePlay, I’m asking for real support and immediate delivery of the missing rewards. This kind of technical and support failure isn’t acceptable, especially when players are actively contributing to the platform.
