Coin Master Reset My Game Progress and Demanded Payment for Account Recovery

I’ve been playing Coin Master on my Android device, but for the past two days, I’ve been unable to connect to the game. Even though my Wi-Fi and mobile data connections are stable, I constantly receive a connection error message. Eventually, my account was deleted, and I was forced to start over from the beginning, losing all my progress.
During this process, I tried to contact Coin Master’s support team through their website. They replied that I needed to pay a fee to restore my account. At first, the amount displayed was ₺10, but later it increased to ₺200. I haven’t made any in-game purchases, and I don’t have a username or email address linked to the account — I was only playing through this phone.
I request that my account be restored so I can continue from where I left off, rather than starting over. I also ask for an explanation regarding the payment request, as this situation has caused unnecessary frustration and confusion.
