My Child Spent a Large Amount on eFootball Coins—I Need a Refund Immediately

In eFootball, my young son accidentally made a large in-game coin purchase using my account, resulting in a serious financial burden for us. I have tried multiple times to request a refund, but all my attempts have been ignored or rejected by customer support.
This was not an intentional purchase, and I can provide proof that the coins were never used for any unfair advantage or gameplay. As someone who is currently struggling with debt, this unexpected charge has only made things worse. I’m asking Konami or the appropriate platform (Google/Apple) to please review this case and issue a refund.
If anyone has successfully navigated this process before, please share how you did it. I urgently need assistance and hope that someone from the company takes responsibility and helps resolve this matter fairly.
