Unauthorized Purchase in Travel Town Game Caused Billing and Line Suspension

In the Travel Town game, an unauthorized purchase was made without my knowledge. My child/sibling used my device without permission, which resulted in this unwanted transaction. Because the purchase was charged directly to my mobile bill, my line has now been suspended due to the high cost.

I immediately contacted both the game support team and the platform provider, but so far, I have not received any solution or refund. This situation is extremely unfair since the purchase was made without my consent.

I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized charges and the reactivation of my mobile line as soon as possible.
