Outfit7 Kept Charging My Account Without Consent Even After Deleting Game


My 3-year-old son accidentally made a purchase in an Outfit7 game, and ever since then, my account has been charged repeatedly without my permission. This is happening even though the purchase was made only once. No approval code, password, or confirmation was ever required, and the charges continue.
What makes the situation even worse is that I deleted the game from my phone, yet the charges are still being taken from my account. This clearly shows a serious lack of security and parental control measures on Outfit7’s part.
I demand the immediate refund of all unauthorized charges and confirmation that my account will no longer be billed. If my money is not returned, I will have no choice but to take legal action. Parents should not have to deal with unauthorized charges piling up because a child accidentally tapped on something in a game.
Outfit7 must stop these charges immediately, refund the amounts already taken, and fix their payment system so families are not exploited this way.
