I ordered the Kiko Milano Ultimate Pen Waterproof Eyeliner online, and it arrived today completely dry. The tip is dried out, and no product comes out, no matter how much I try to apply it. I even tried warming it with my hands, but it made no difference.
I attempted to swatch it on my hand, but nothing appeared—this eyeliner is completely unusable. I immediately sent an email to customer service, but I have yet to receive a response.
I expect a replacement or refund immediately. Kiko Milano must ensure quality control on their products before shipping them. Selling dried-out eyeliners is unacceptable, and I demand a prompt resolution!
