Hello, I recently purchased a Kiko Milano under-eye concealer, and I’m extremely disappointed with the product. The dispensing mechanism is completely defective—no matter how many times I try, nothing comes out. It seems like the applicator is broken or clogged straight from the start. I haven’t even been able to use it once.
It’s frustrating and honestly unacceptable to encounter such a basic quality control issue from a brand like Kiko. I essentially paid for an empty tube. I expect more from a company of this size and reputation.
I’m requesting a full replacement. I didn’t get the product I paid for, and I shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of inconvenience. Please take this issue seriously and resolve it immediately.
