Kiko Milano Failed to Send Promotional Gift Despite Meeting Purchase Requirements

Three days ago, I made a purchase from Kiko Milano. I initially planned to buy just one product, but after seeing that the site offered a free face wash with purchases over ₺1500, I added more items to my cart. When I added the promotional gift to my cart, its price didn’t get discounted at checkout, so I removed it, thinking it would be sent automatically since I met the required amount. However, the gift wasn’t included in my order.

When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged a system error but said I should have taken a screenshot when the gift didn’t apply at checkout. I explained that this wasn’t my mistake and that the issue should be resolved by sending the gift. They refused to help. Customers shouldn’t be held responsible for system errors, and a company of Kiko Milano’s size should offer better solutions. This is a significant blow to their reputation.
