Unexpected Charge After Kiko Milano Sponsorship Discussion

I spent ₺66 on 3 Kiko Milano glosses in exchange for 2 sets as part of a sponsorship agreement. I haven't received any emails or text messages from an international number confirming the issuance of a card similar to a Gift Card from a website such as myhobbytimes.com. I noticed a charge in a different currency on my account. There are no text messages, items, invoices, or receipts for services. After two days, I saw a charge of ₺2,000 on my card. This is not the first time such incidents have happened. Why is the brand willing to take such risks, and how can we, as consumers, trust them? We should deal with this to avoid similar situations in the future.
