A few months ago, I purchased a Kiko Milano concealer through Trendyol and started using it about 1.5 weeks ago. Shortly after applying the product, I noticed breakouts appearing on my face. At first, I wasn’t sure if the concealer was the cause, so I tried using it a few more times. Each time, I experienced small red pimples on my skin, prompting me to stop using it.
Additionally, I purchased a face cream directly from the Kiko website. It was delivered yesterday, and after applying it twice during the day, I woke up this morning to find more breakouts in the areas where I applied the cream. I did not expect such a reaction from a well-known beauty brand.
This experience has caused me emotional distress and damage to my skin, which I take great care of. I feel disappointed and misled by the quality of these products.
