Disappointed with Kiko Milano Mascara Quality and Poor In-Store Support for Return

I recently purchased a mascara from Kiko Milano with assistance from the store staff, but it has been a complete letdown. The product seems almost empty—there’s barely any pigment in the tube, and it takes multiple layers (sometimes 10!) to achieve any color on my lashes. I went back to the Capacity store to request a return, but the staff dismissed my request, claiming there were "system issues" preventing them from processing returns.

This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, both with the quality of the product and the lack of customer support. I expected better from Kiko Milano and would appreciate a prompt resolution.
