The touchscreen on my 2020 Kia Sportage is malfunctioning and operates on its own without my control. The authorized service center informed me that this issue is not covered under the warranty, even though my car has a five-year warranty and all services have been performed at the dealership, costing me a significant amount. I expected Kia to stand behind its product, but now I can’t use the screen at all. I am seeking assistance from the head office and urge you to support your product. How can we recommend Kia to others if issues like this aren’t resolved? I’m looking for understanding and a solution. Thank you.
