Kia Sportage 2020 Multimedia Screen Malfunction
My 2020 model Kia Sportage's multimedia screen is malfunctioning, taking commands on its own. The vehicle has completed 2 years and just a month after, it's out of warranty. Research on the 'Xolvie' platform revealed that this issue is prevalent in all 2020 models. Many users report that after 2 years, the multimedia system starts taking commands by itself. Kia service centers and dealerships claim it's out of warranty. It seems this is a chronic issue that remains unaddressed. Let's unite with others facing similar issues and raise our concerns. My vehicle also developed this problem 2 years and 1 month into ownership, and I have recorded evidence of it.

The response to this service is only written on the post, then they say it's out of warranty. Forget about the warranty, we are buying a brand new car, and within 2 years there's a multimedia malfunction. Is this such a simple company, producing such cheap and low-quality products?
Kia Turkey company directs to service, the authorized service says it's not our fault, the part is under a two-year warranty. I bought a brand new car, all maintenance is done perfectly at the service, even the clutch was changed in 2 years, and the car's radio gave an error after the clutch change. They say it has no connection with the clutch. If a brand new car's clutch and multimedia system are failing, I definitely wouldn't recommend buying a Kia. The service and warranty are not good, it's a very simple company with no goodwill. Supposedly a 5-year warranty, but the radio is 2 years, the button is I don't know how many years. This is how cheap and low-quality the car is. This is not a recommendation to buy. Research the 2020 model Kia Sportage car's faults. I regret it a lot.
