Kia Turkey company directs to service, the authorized service says it's not our fault, the part is under a two-year warranty. I bought a brand new car, all maintenance is done perfectly at the service, even the clutch was changed in 2 years, and the car's radio gave an error after the clutch change. They say it has no connection with the clutch. If a brand new car's clutch and multimedia system are failing, I definitely wouldn't recommend buying a Kia. The service and warranty are not good, it's a very simple company with no goodwill. Supposedly a 5-year warranty, but the radio is 2 years, the button is I don't know how many years.
