Kia Sportage 2020 Multimedia Screen Has Chronic Issues but Warranty Won't Cover It

I’ve been having a problem with the multimedia screen in my 2020 Kia Sportage for a while now. The screen keeps acting like it's being touched by itself, which makes it hard to use. I checked it out on Xolvie and found that a lot of other Kia owners are dealing with the same problem, so it looks like this is a common issue. My car is still covered by the 5-year warranty, but the Service department said the multimedia system only has a 2-year warranty, and now they can't even give me a replacement. I'm stuck without a way to deal with a problem that keeps coming up. I really hope Kia takes customer satisfaction seriously and helps sort this out because I want to get this defect fixed.
