Yesterday, I put in an order for a KFC meal I'd had before and liked. But until I took the pickle off the burger, everything was fine. When I opened the package, I saw a piece of fried chicken along with what looked like a cooked small rodent. The sight of this disgusting thing made me lose my appetite and feel sick. I immediately filed a complaint, but to this day, neither a solution nor an apology has been given. This is not acceptable and shows disrespect. Based on what happened to me, I want KFC to take the right steps to make sure that things like this don't happen again and to address my complaint as soon as possible.
