Today for lunch, I ordered the KFC Chicken Burger Meal from the Serifali KFC restaurant via Trendyol Yemek. The meal arrived as pictured, but to my surprise, the burger did not contain chicken. I immediately filed a complaint and requested a refund with Trendyol. Nevertheless, despite my multiple complaints, their solution center has repeatedly denied my request. Additionally, I have attempted to contact Trendyol and their call centers without success. I wonder if they are making excuses on purpose to avoid processing my refund, or if they are selling chicken burgers without chicken. I paid 100 TL for two pieces of hamburger bread, and their unhelpful behavior is disappointing. Even after calling KFC and being assured that their Serifali location would contact me, I never received a call. I cannot fathom how such a circumstance could occur, and it is unacceptable. Tomorrow, I will personally visit the Serifali branch, present the photos, and explain the situation. This level of service is not typical of Trendyol or KFC. I demand a prompt resolution to this matter and prompt processing of my refund.
