I Still Haven’t Received My Refund for Canceled KFC Orders After 2 Months

On January 14, 2025, I placed an online order with KFC, which was immediately canceled with the message: “Due to a technical issue, your order could not be processed. Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible.” That was two months ago—and I’m still waiting for my money.
I was told the refund would be issued within 15 business days, but nothing has been returned to my card. I followed up several times and still received no resolution. My canceled order numbers are: KFCM7656859523, KFCM9414275212, and KFCM9519294234.
It’s unacceptable for a brand like KFC to take customers’ money, cancel their orders, and then go silent when it comes to issuing refunds. I didn’t just lose money—I lost trust in your system and service.
