Unresolved Refund Issue from KFC
On July 15, 2023, I placed an order with KFC under the number M6058113656, but it was later canceled. But, even though the trip was canceled, I still haven't gotten the promised refund. I tried to solve the problem by calling customer service, but that didn't work. Since my hard-earned money is at stake, the fact that I haven't heard back or found a solution is very worrying. If the refund isn't given quickly, I'll have no choice but to bring in the Consumer Rights Arbitration Board to make things worse. It's disappointing to have to deal with so many problems after a simple order, and I hope KFC can fix this problem well.
