KFC Order Cancelled (No Refund?)
On April 26th, 2024, I placed an order (number KFCM4968357275) using the KFC app. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, the app finally had the audacity to inform me that my order had been unceremoniously canceled.
Unfortunately, there has been no communication regarding a refund. I still haven't received any emails or text messages confirming the return of my money.
I am extremely annoyed. I was eagerly anticipating my meal, only to have it unexpectedly canceled. To make matters worse, it appears that my money has gone astray as well.
