KFC Coleslaw Missing from My Order
I placed an order with KFC, but unfortunately, they forgot to include the coleslaw item. I've been having trouble getting in touch with them either through their app or over the phone. I've been trying to get in touch with someone, but it seems like nobody is picking up the phone. Additionally, I couldn't find any feature in the app that allows me to report missing items. How are you managing to run a business in this manner? Where can we inform you about this problem and how should we do it? You've developed an app, but it's not working properly.
