KFC Canceled My Order, Doesn't Show The Courtesy To Call

My order placed through KFC app was canceled due to a meeting in Kayseri, Turkey and couldn't be delivered. The customer service representative from 444 3 555 called me to confirm the cancellation and I approved it. The same person called again from the same number and asked me to request a refund. I tried calling the number but couldn't connect to customer service. I even emailed KFC regarding my issue, but there has been no response. I haven't received my refund yet, which shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I demand a resolution to my problem.
