KFC Canceled My Order Without Notice and Hasn’t Refunded My Payment

My KFC order was canceled without informing me, and the customer service line didn’t respond to my calls. After waiting 1.5 hours, I finally reached someone through the app’s support chat. They told me the order was canceled because my address, which they deliver to weekly, was suddenly deemed "outside the delivery area."
The payment was automatically deducted via Pluxee Mobile, yet I have received no updates about the refund. It’s unacceptable for KFC to take the payment, fail to deliver the order, and not provide any explanation or follow-up.
This experience reflects poorly on KFC’s professionalism. I expect immediate clarification and a refund for my canceled order. Please address this issue promptly.
