My KFC Order Was Never Made Up, No One Was Interested

On February 9th, I made a purchase from KFC, hoping for a timely delivery of my food. Unfortunately, much to my disappointment, the order never arrived. I promptly reached out to KFC's customer service to inquire about the status of my order and initiate the process for a refund. Regardless of my repeated efforts to reach out and ask for help, I encountered a consistent lack of concern and inactivity. My refund request, initiated on June 7th, is still pending and has not been processed yet. It has been more than four months since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive the products I purchased. Additionally, I have not received any compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss I have experienced. I have contacted KFC's customer service representatives multiple times, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, every interaction has been met with empty promises and a lack of genuine effort to address my concerns. The company's lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge their errors are completely unacceptable.
