Ketogo.app Unauthorized Charges and Misleading Cancellation Issue

For the last 6 months I have been using the ketogo.app website with a 3‑month standard membership, for which I initially paid ₺4,470 by credit card. I joined this program with the aim of losing weight, but instead of losing weight I gained approximately 20 kilograms, which has caused me serious disappointment and concern. In addition to the first payment, on 9 April 2026 a further ₺4,680 was withdrawn from my credit card without my approval, and in total approximately ₺9,150 has been charged to my card. While I was connected to the nutritionist/dietitian through the system, I realized that the sentences I wrote were being automatically changed by the software. For example, when I wrote the word “cancel” to request cancellation, the system automatically replaced it with a different word. I noticed this manipulation today, and at that point I started to think that the system was operating in a deceptive way and preventing users from clearly expressing their cancellation requests. After realizing this, I contacted the online customer representative on the same day through ketogo.app to cancel my membership. The representative told me to register on a new website and said that my membership would supposedly be cancelled from there. Afterwards, the dietitian informed me that my membership had been terminated, but I am not confident about this and I will be checking my next month’s credit card statement to see whether any new charges are taken. I request that my membership on ketogo.app be fully cancelled, that the total amount of approximately ₺9,150 which I believe was unjustly collected from my card, be refunded, and that no further withdrawals be made from my credit card in the upcoming periods. I also request that the messages written to the nutritionist/dietitian and the automatic changes made by the system be examined and that the necessary steps be taken regarding this situation, which I consider to be misleading.
