Keto App Charged My Credit Card Multiple Times Without Providing Service
On 04/09/2026, I purchased a product/service through the Keto App using my credit card. However, despite completing the payment, I was never able to access the application content or the promised service in any way. Even though I could not use the platform at all, my card was charged multiple times in succession for approximately $31, $30, and $24. After I disabled online shopping on my card to prevent further charges, I then received another payment authorization request for approximately $15.
At this point, it is not even clearly visible what exact product or service I supposedly purchased. I cannot access any of the features or content promised inside the application, yet multiple withdrawals were processed from my account without my clear knowledge or approval. Furthermore, the website openly states that refunds are available if customers are not satisfied, but despite this policy, no refund has been issued to me so far.
I have also been unable to reach any representative from Keto App through email, in-app support, or telephone support channels. Since I received no actual service and multiple unauthorized charges were made from my credit card, I request that all transactions be canceled immediately and that every amount charged from my account be refunded to me in full as soon as possible.
