Kenwood JE280 Spare Part Unavailable for 6 Months, Poor Customer Support

I own a Kenwood JE280 citrus juicer, and the squeezing cone broke. When I contacted customer service to order a replacement part, I was told it would take at least six months to be delivered. Additionally, they stated there was nothing more they could do to expedite the process, essentially suggesting I buy a new juicer instead.
This lack of support for such a basic spare part is unacceptable for a trusted brand like Kenwood. I expected better service and quicker resolutions. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I urge Kenwood to improve their spare parts availability and provide a proper solution for their customers. This issue needs to be taken care of quickly.
