Unable to Add Users to Kaspersky Premium, Safe Kids App Delayed Permissions

I currently have a Kaspersky Premium account and would like to renew it by increasing the number of users, but I’m unable to do so. Additionally, I haven’t been able to reach anyone for support, which is frustrating. On top of that, the Safe Kids application is causing consistent issues—parental permissions are delayed, which is causing problems for my child. These delays in granting access are unacceptable, and I expect Kaspersky to address these issues promptly. I need a solution for both expanding the user count on my account and resolving the problems with the Safe Kids app.
