I ordered the Karcher Wv6 Premium window cleaner on November 2, 2023. The package was supposed to be delivered on November 6, but it was actually marked as delivered on November 13. Because it's November and everyone is busy, I understood and was okay with the slight delay.
The seller didn't answer two out of three questions. The customer service told me that they couldn't get in touch with the seller and would cancel my order because they claimed the items were out of stock. They said they would do this after 14 days. I tried to reach out to Karcher customer service, but they didn't respond to my email.
I ordered the product 20 days ago and was told it was out of stock. However, two days ago, I noticed that the same product was being sold at an even lower price on their own website. But, they're selling the product on their website. Even though I made a deliberate choice to be a conscious consumer, Karcher is causing me inconvenience.
If my order gets canceled for these reasons and I find out that the product is being sold on other websites for three times the price, I will have no choice but to take legal action to recover both the harm caused and the financial losses. I hope both companies will give me a positive response.
